<p>The Alzheimer's Society does some great work in an area that most of us would rather we didn't think about. &nbsp;Having been involved first hand with the effects of dementia I'm really keen to raise a little bit of money for them.</p> <p>So it's not a fire walk, or jumping off the Tyne Bride, or the side of the Baltic this time*, it's a 5 mile walk. &nbsp;It is in Saltwell though, so it's not completely risk free.</p> <p>*thanks to all those who sponsored my previous idiotic attempts.</p>
