My story

Ajay needs your help.

YOU can help Ajay to walk independently for the first time in his life.

He desperately needs your help to fund expensive professional physiotherapy which is not available on the NHS.

Little Ajay from Shepperton is 5 years old and has cerebral palsy; he was been accepted by Dr Park who is the leading expert in the world, to have a complex operation in America, called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy, which will releases the stiffness in his legs and give him permanent flat feet.

This will helps him sit, make transitions between postures, and helps his standing and walking.

The operation was a 100% success but now he requires up to 2 years of professional physiotherapy to build up his strength and teach his body how to walk for the first time.

Anyone interested in helping the Ajay Mallan Appeal is asked to contact Caudwell Children on 01782 600114 or to donate online visit www.justgiving.com/walkingforajay

Important note to donors: As long as Ajay requires the funds raised to pay for treatment in the United States or post-operative physiotherapy, Caudwell Children will manage all payments of funds for the family. Should there come a time, for whatever reason, that Ajay no longer requires the funds raised for medical treatment and living expenses while in America then the monies raised will be used to provide similar donations to sick and disabled children living within the UK through the charity, Caudwell Children.
