It is a great pleasure for us to be able to raise funds for the A.B.F. The Soldiers Charity.

Walks For Our Heroes are a non-profit organization that completes & arranges walks all over the United Kingdom in support of our Armed Forces charities.

The walks we do are hard & long but worth every step.
   
In September 2011, we completed our first main walk of ‘’Walks for Our Heroes’’ starting from Sunderland Tyne & Wear to Headly Village, Leatherhead in Surrey which was a distance of 365 miles.

As you know all forces charities have a high fundraising goal and we will do all that we can to raise a minimum of £1, Million doing our walks. This is just a small amount to help those who are serving or have served our country in the Army.

We are ABF The Soldiers' Charity. We give lifetime support to serving and retired soldiers and their families. They risk so much for us, but for them, it's "just doing their job". In return, we give them down-to-earth help and friendship, with no hassle or bureaucracy. That's what we've been here to offer for 66 years.
