BMS World Mission and the Baptist Union of Great Britain staff, friends and Trustees are aiming to complete the Yorkshire Three Peaks on 30th May 2008 with the funds going jointly to the BMS and BUGB Annual Appeal.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge is a walking challenge route. It's a circuit that normally starts and ends at Horton-in-Ribblesdale, visiting the three highest peaks in Yorkshire:  Pen-y-Ghent (691m), Whernside (728m), and Ingleborough (723m) - in that order. The total distance walked is 37.5km (23.5 miles).
