I know alot of you gave generously last year when I did the Great North Run and thank you for your support.  This year I am running for the British Heart Foundation, following the sudden loss of my father-in-law to a heart related condition early in 2010.

I have gained entry to the race for 2010, 2011, 2012, but I promise this is the only year I will ask for donations.  So 3 GNR's for the price of 1....!  Seems a fair deal to me, I hope you agree..... :-)

I have been training, but not has hard I I should, so it is likely to be another painful experience.
