SCMSTC offers a holistic approach to MS. The Coulsdon Centre is bright, fully accessible and well equipped. It offers physiotherapy, counselling, nutritional advice and yoga as well as group support and social events. Fundraising activities are many and varied ranging from supermarket collections to a 10k Orienteering event in North Wales.

My story

Hi, I'm Charlie and I'm nearly 10 years old. I am going to cycle 12.5 miles to raise money for the MS THerapy Centre.The centre helps lots of people with MS.

I am hoping to get all the way round without falling off, and my big sister is cycling with me.
