This is my second Tidworth 10k and I'd like to achieve two things... firstly raise more money than last year and secondly finish in a quicker time.

The first is achieveable but only with your help!  Please donate whatever you can to help the Stars Appeal's Caring 4 Kids Campaign and help to make life better for sick children in the local area.

The second is achieveable through sheer determination to beat the 1 hour 14 minutes it took me last time!
