Since 1965 we've helped people find a life beyond homelessness & addiction. Embedded in East London, we provide places to stay, address the complex causes of addiction, run classes to help develop skills, confidence & build vital social connections and help people establish a lasting recovery.

Story

<p>This freezing weather and snow has seen our small drop-in centre inundated with requests for warm clothing and sleeping bags.</p> <p><strong>Show your support for those without a warm place to go this winter.&nbsp; </strong></p> <p><strong>Any donations, large or small, are gratefully appreciated!</strong><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>&nbsp; Every little helps!</strong></span></p> <p><strong>We hope to raise &pound;200 to pay for woolly hats, scarves, gloves and socks, jerseys, jackets and sleeping bags.&nbsp; We have over 100 regular visitors to our centre.</strong></p> <p>For more information on our drop-in centre please visit http://bit.ly/evMUSk</p> <p>If you have any spare warm clothes and would like to donate them to the centre please take them to one of our charity shops and mention to the staff they are for the drop-in centre.&nbsp; A list of our charity shops can be found here http://bit.ly/hk0vyE</p> <p>The Spitalfields Crypt Trust has been working in East London since 1965. Our central aim is to offer a range of high-quality support, rehabilitation and training services, to people facing problems of homelessness, alcohol, drugs, poverty or social isolation.</p> <p>The Shoreditch Community Project drop-in centre provides homeless and isolated members of the local community with a small, but friendly source of help.<strong> It provides advice, practical support and information to homeless people, drug users, alcoholics and people with a history of mental health problems. </strong>For many it is the first port of call and our dedicated team refer clients on to more specialist services where necessary.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
