We provide support, services and advice to help autistic people and their families

Story

My chosen charity is the National Autistic Society.

This organisation champions the rights & interests of all people with autism.

Aim to provide individuals with autism and their families with help, support and services that they can access, trust and rely upon which can make a positive difference to their lives.

This is a subject matter that is very close to me and therefore am determined to raise as much money as possible for this organisation.

THE CHALLENGE

The first challenge is to trek Mt Kilimanjaro in January 2010

Mt Kilimanjaro is the Worlds highest free-standing mountain at an impressive 5,895m over the African plains.

The trek will be tough, our Lemosho Trail Challenge consists of 8 days on the mountain, which will maximise our chances of sufficient acclimatisation, and also conquering this mighty peak.

I have to raise a minimum of £3,500 to take part in the challenge and all funds raised will go to 'National Autistic Society'

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: National Autistic Society gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!

The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.
