Our mum was a very brave lady during the last few years of her life. She showed strength, dignity and resolve in her fight with cancer and will continue to be loved and inspire us daily.
The final weeks of Mum's life were spent in the peace and tranquility of Wigan & Leigh Hospice in Hindley. The relentless care of the staff and volunteers, not only towards our mum but her friends and family, will live with us forever.
To show our gratitude we have decided to offer donations to the hospice and have close family flowers only. All donations will be much appreciated and will allow other people like my mum to be given an amazing end to their life.
We appreciate times are hard so all donations, from pennies to pounds, will be much appreciated.
