It was a beautiful day, a bit warm for running, and I can confirm that the Brighton course has a great deal more contours in it than London - most of them going upwards as far as I could tell.

My time - never the fastest - was over five hours. At the end I was hot, tired, thirsty, hungry, but undamaged, as you can see.
