In late 2009, John Wibberley (Waters Edge Ceramics, Managing Director) was diagnosed with Type 2 Prostate Cancer. Without the research conducted into the causes of, treatments for, and impact of living with Prostate Cancer, John could never have made a full recovery. To date, the Prostate Cancer Charity has invested over £6million to support such research. To make sure they keep up the good (not to mention vital!) work, a few of the staff at Waters Edge Ceramics (plus a couple of friends and family), with a big thanks to Rachel Bradburn, have decided to run the Great North Run in September.
