Story
Four years ago, my grandad had a fall outside a mosque, causing an injury to his brain. Nearly four years later, on the 10th of March 2019, he was called to his lord.
In his memory, I will be climbing Ben Nevis on the 25th of August and raise money to build a water wall in countries where clean water is needed.
Today, every minute, three children die due to drinking dirty water. Building a water well in my grandads name will provide many with clean water to drink.
Drinking dirty, diseased water is one of the most common causes of death in the developing world - and one of the most preventable – so with your water donation, you could be saving countless lives for years to come.
Small change makes a big difference in the lives of many. Donate whatever amount you can, big or small, let’s save children by providing clean water and remember my grandad in your duas, in sha allah.
