We will be competing in a 140km physical endurance event across the Namibian desert to raise money for The Prince’s Trust’s many good causes. In just four days we will have to cope with many physical challenges including trekking across kilometres of sand dunes, cycling 100km of badlands and running 20km around the base of Spitzkoppe Mountain to the finish line. To meet this challenge the team will be training hard for months in advance so that we can cope with the terrain, heat and fatigue of the race. Our target is to raise at least £13,750 between the team and we would appreciate if you could sponsor us to help raise money for such fantastic causes and to provide us with a little extra motivation to get us through our training! The costs of the team participating in the event will be paid by the Charity out of the donations we receive. Each team member is making a large individual contribution to ensure that your donations are all going directly towards helping The Prince's Trust with its good causes. Please donate what you can using the link above. It is quick and easy. Alternatively you can donate by speaking to one of the team directly. Thank you for your support, The Team (Trevor Fannin, Robert Pace, Robert Spaul, James Mason, Mark Brocklehurst). Some legal points: (a) the donations are for The Prince’s Trust (a registered charity); (b) the donations will not be refundable even if the Fundraiser does not participate in or complete the Event; (c) the costs of the Fundraiser participating in the Event will be paid by the Charity out of the donations but that those costs will not be more than 50% of the total donations.
