I've handed over donations to plenty of causes in the past, but never bothered getting off my arse to do anything myself.

This is just a bit of fun to raise some money for charity.

If you'd like to see me suffering while wearing a Rangers top to 5 a side, then please leave a donation. I'll be probably kicked about more than the ball, but that'll be worth something.
