This year we are competing in the 2009 London Marathon &  hoping to raise as much money as possible for the charity ‘Livability’. These guys do great things for disabled people - take a look for yourself www.livability.org.uk

For this, we will be to completing a trio of races…

Run No1 - Starting on the 16th November – just for a little taster, We completed the HellRunner -  10-12 miles of challenging off-road running through mud tracks, up hills from hell & through the famous bog of doom. A gentle start to the triple header of runs!

Jan 1^st….now the real training begins - 16 weeks of dedicated time and effort will go into preparing us for the challenge of a lifetime.

Run No2 – On the 15th March we ran the Hastings Half Marathon & as expected - 13.2 miles of pure hills, hills & more hills.

Run No3 – The hat trick - The biggest goal of all!

Sunday 26th April 2009 we will be competing for the first (& probably the last) time ever in the Flora London Marathon (yes all 26.2 miles!).

we need your support, your generosity & most of all….a miracle!

So please……..dig deep & help us raise the cash we need to help those who will never get to experience or accomplish what we will on this day!
