<p>Me and two of my friends from college are doing the Welsh 3000s challenge in July to raise money for a charity called Action on Elder Abuse.<br><br>The charity is the only one in the UK working solely to tackle abuse of the elderly. The challenge is to reach the peaks of 15 mountains within 24 hours.
