I worked in a rural village in Tanzania as a Nurse Tutor 1999-2002.  One of my next door neighbours was Paschali.  He is now 15 years old.  His parents died of AIDS when he was a baby and he lives with his elderly grandparents who are peasant farmers.  Paschali has written to me this year and told me he is going to bed hungry because of the drought across East Africa this year.
