On Sunday 13 April 2008 I ran the London marathon - my first ever marathon!  I completed it in 5hr and 2 mins.  The pic shows me an Rich getting ready to run for the birds.  This was taken before the race - that's why we're smiling! (afterwards was a v different story) 

It's not too late to donate - all the money raised will be donated towards the RSPB's Save the Sumatran Rainforest campaign.  RSPB and its international partners are working in Indonesia to protect 100,000 hectares of rainforest and the wildlife that depend on it.  Without direct action now, this will be lost forever within the next five years.
