Hi Everyone!

I’m running the London 10K for the charity I work for, Alzheimer’s Concern Ealing. So with your help I can raise money for a good cause (and hopefully get a bit fitter in the process!!)

Alzheimers disease is a one of many types of dementia. It causes forgetfulness, confusion and a loss of mental functioning. Sufferers typically experience a gradual decline in their mental and physical abilites, which can be very distressing for the individual and their family. There is a great need for more services and help for people with dementia.
