I did it!!! I can honestly say it was the hardest week of my life but the best aswell. The steepness, the amount of steps and the heat were relentless. It was shear guts determination and all your support back home that made me persivere with such a punishing task. In  September I  undertook one of the biggest challenges of my life.I  trecked  sections of the great wall of china. I  walked for up to 8 hours a day on the un-restored wall including the black dragons paw section and 1200 steps at simatai. It was  a very difficult personal challange, overcoming my fear of heights and pushing myself to a level of fitness unbeknown to me.  I did  this to raise much needed funds for Saint Michaels Hospice in Harrogate the charity speaks for itself.

Sadly we all know someone who has been affected by cancer. I have pledged to raise £3000 in memory of those who i have loved and lost.

Latest update .... The market stall at Knaresborough raised £146 thanks to all who donated and helped.

The flower dem evening at ripley raised £1050  again thanks to all who helped and supported me.
