Story

Cardiac rehabilitation is proven to speed up recovery and significantly reduce future heart problems.

Like all NHS services we have had to adapt our service to meet the needs of our patients during these unprecedented times.  Ensuring Cardiac Rehab is accessible is key and we are therefore fundraising to enable us to buy home monitoring equipment and devices to loan to our patients, enabling them to safely continue their recovery post cardiac event at home.

Practicing what they preach - Simone, Jodie and Matt have set themselves the challenge to Run the Vitality Big Half Marathon in London on Sunday 22nd August 2021.

Thank you for your time and support.
