At 28 and before my body deteriorates anymore, I have signed up to take part in the Bupa Great North Run on Sunday 20th September 2009. In preparation for this, I have also signed up to the Sherwood Pines 10k run on the 19th July 2009. The aim of all this is to raise money for the Weston Park Hospital in Sheffield which has provided care and treatment for friends suffering from cancer.

I would be really grateful for any sponsorship received as I appreciate that these are tough times financially.
