Story
On June 22nd this year a team of eight of us from West Sussex Golf Club will be seeing how many golf holes it will be possible for us to play in one day. In the last two years we have managed 100 holes by starting at first light (04.30 in the morning!) and finishing at about 7 o'clock in the evening. This involves 5 1/2 rounds of golf, walking some 20+ miles carrying clubs and only short breaks for food and water. The weather was awful last year (see photograph) which made the challenge somewhat harder.
This year we intend to push ourselves even further and see how many more holes we can complete in a day. Clearly our aim will be to beat last year and do more than 100 holes.
We will be raising money for The Mary How Trust
