Our personal message:

Revised walk date: 13th September 2008

(ignore the one at the top of the screen - we had to postpone from June due to an injured team member)

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor us online.

Members of Whaddon Way Church in Bletchley are attempting the Three Peaks of Yorkshire challenge. The aim is to complete the 25 miles with 5200 ft of ascent over Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in 12 hours on Saturday 13th September, team injuries notwithstanding. For some of the team it will be like turning the clock back 20 years or more to a previous challenge in their youth. For others it will be a first attempt at this challenge, and some of us are definitely not in our youth!

Team members are currently Stephen Dunham, Geoff Hamilton, Mark Gibbs, Paddy Duffy, and anyone else who expresses an interest in the meantime!

Through your sponsorship, Bridgebuilder will be able to maintain and develop the work in schools that has gained such respect over the last 15 years. The services the schools team of full time and volunteer workers can offer are in great demand in the schools and there is so much more that could be done.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Milton Keynes Bridgebuilder Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks for your support.
