Crossroads in the Vale (EMI) Ltd. support the main Carer of those who have developed a mental illness later in life, such as dementia. The charity provides care in the home and in the community for the sufferer, together with counselling and support groups for the Carer.

My story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

On July 11, I’m setting off on a 230-mile bike ride from Bangor to Penarth to raise money for Crossroads in the Vale – the amazing local charity I work for in the Vale of Glamorgan that supports carers and those they look after, particularly people suffering with dementia.

To help keep the wheels turning at Crossroads, please sponsor me.
