It’s all over now, a medal and a pair of tender legs to show for it! I finished in 3:17.32 and 2237 out of 35247. It was a good day with ideal weather.

My aim is to raise enough money to pay the travel expenses of working on a distribution this year. The location depends on where I will be most useful as a wheelchair technician, with the likely destination being Ghana in October.

The actual cost is not yet known. I will, of course, pay my personal expenses. The hoped for surplus, or total if no distribution is worked on, will be used by Wheels For The World  as they see fit.
