I know I promised you that I wouldn't do a sponsored run this year, I lied.  Sorry, I am sure you will get over it.

I am doing the Great North Run in Newcastle again this year, despite the fact I was unable to walk properly or climb stairs for several days afterwards!

It would be great if you could spare a few quid to help me on my way to my target!

As you know, I am a prolific spammer, and I will hound you for as long and often as it takes.  Save us all the effort and get it over with!

Remember, you have the easy bit, I have to actually do the run!
