Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge · 8 June 2019

Place2Be is a children's mental health charity that works to improve the emotional wellbeing of children and young people. We help them to cope with wide-ranging and often complex social issues including bullying, bereavement, domestic violence, family breakdown, neglect and trauma.

Story

Five Trainees from the White & Case London office are going to be taking part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge this June. The challenge is to climb the three highest peaks in Yorkshire: Pen-y-ghent (694m), Whernside (736m) and Ingleborough (723m) - completing this 25 mile route within 12 hours.

The team is made up of Alexis Nicholas, Ellen Campbell, Paula Melendez, Hugh Brunjes and Patrick Burrows.

We are raising money for Place2Be - a charity working in 286 schools across the UK to provide in-school mental health support to children, helping children deal with a huge range of issues that they are facing such as abuse, domestic violence, bullying, neglect and much more.
