Update 13th May

Training is well under way for everyone taking part in the long ride in front of us on the 23rd May.
A group of us managed 100 miles with no major problems last Friday.
Last Saturday the 10th May watch members held a sponsored carwash at Preston Fire station assisted by family and friends and also red watch USAR (urban search & rescue).
It was a long day washing cars continuously from 10pm to 4pm but we managed to raise £366 for H4H.
Many thanks to all involved on the day and all those who contributed towards H4H.
