Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
I will be walking the West Highland Way in May 2009 for the Florence Nightingale Hospice in Aylesbury with four University mates. The West Highland Way is a 95 mile walk from Glasgow to Fort William. We will be walking 83 miles of it from Drymen (near Glasgow) to Fort William in five days. We will then be climbing Ben Nevis on the final day before returning home.
Florence Nightingale Hospice is based at Stoke Mandeville Hospital in Aylesbury, Bucks and provides care for people with life limiting diseases both at the hospice and at home. The Hospice has been serving the people of Aylesbury Vale and the rest of Buckinghamshire for the last 25 years and are only partially funded by the NHS. The majority of the services which they offer to their patients are funded through charitable donations made by people like yourselves. The Florence Nightingale Hospice is a cause particularly close to my heart as it cared for my mother last summer and cared for my Uncle earlier this year.
However large or small your donation it will be gratefully received by myself on behalf of the Florence Nightingale Hospice and will go towards continuing to provide the amazing care to the people who need it at a time in their lives when they and their families need super care.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now!
Thank you!
