On 4th September 2009 7 intrepid explorers under the guile of their fearless leader Declan Redmond will embark on a challenge the likes of which have not been since the twelve labours of Hercules. We aim to scale the 3 highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales in just 24 hours. Why you may ask? Is it for fame and glory? - No - It is to try and raise a shed load of cash for two very worthwhile charities that hold a special place in our heart.
The team is made up of Declan Redmond, Fraser Geddes, Mark Rushton, Will Shrubsall, John Treacy (all Wilberforce Chambers), Mark Reeder (Outer Temple Chambers) and Michael Redmond (7 KBW).

Martin House is a Childrens Hospice that offers respite care, which allows the whole family to have a short break away from the stresses and strains involved in caring for a child with a life limiting condition.
Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation exists to find the cure for type 1 diabetes and its complications, and is the world's leading charitable funder of type 1 diabetes research.
As we are raising money for two charities, and due to technical issues, we are unable to have one page for both Charities so please find the other page at: www.justgiving.com/wilberforce3peaks1 - We hope that you will be prepared to take the time to donate some money to each charity.

We would therefore be extremely grateful if you would consider sponsoring us  - even a small amount - for what we hope you'll agree are two very worth while causes. Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us. The charities will get you money faster and if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor us now!
