Hartlepool & District Hospice's free services improve quality of life for terminally ill adults, responding to each person's unique needs in ways which place the highest value on respect, choice and empowerment. By offering a support system we help families cope practically and emotionally throughout their difficult journey.

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

Hartlepool and District Hospice has provided enormous support to our family over the years, and particularly recently.  So, Margaret, Kath, Katie, Claire & Janet are getting together to do the 7 mile Midnight Walk on the 6th September.  We do hope you can sponsor us.
