In the UK, a woman dies every two hours from ovarian cancer. As the leading ovarian cancer research charity, we’re working to change that. By finding new and better ways to prevent, treat and detect ovarian cancer, we will ensure a future where no woman dies of ovarian cancer.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;; font-size: 14pt;">My girlfriend, Hannah, has just been diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer at the unusually young age of 25.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>She is being treated at Derriford Hospital and, whilst the outlook appears hopeful, she is very keen to raise money for research and awareness into this disease.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Hannah will lose her hair due to her treatment and I and some of my fellow Tavistock Rugby Club team members have decided to shave our heads to keep her company and lend her moral support.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>The event will be held at Tavistock Rugby Clubhouse, Sandy Park, and if you would like to donate towards this we would be most grateful.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>I love Hannah dearly and do not want to lose her.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>There are other young families who are facing the same situation and if we can raise something towards beating this disease our freezing heads will not have been in vain!</span></strong></p> <p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
