Hello, I'm going for a bike ride -- Exeter to Land's End to John O'Groats -- which should take two weeks (Sustrans routes wherever possible).  70-100 miles each day, over 1000 in total, carrying camping gear and lots of water...

I've chosen the Alzheimer's Society as my charity for the event, I would be delighted if you can help me to raise them a bit of cash.

I might also try to support the real ale industry on the way!  But not using your money!
