Thanks for visiting my fundraising page!

On 23rd August 2009 I will attempt to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa at 5895m. It will take me 4 days to reach the summit at Uhuru peak (that's a day or two quicker than Moyles and co attempted for comic relief!) and 2 days to descend.

This will undoubtedly be the biggest challenge of my life so far, as I am going it alone with only a local guide to direct me to the top!

In attempting this climb I'm hoping to raise money for Bradford Cancer Support, a charity very close to my heart having lost a relative to cancer from the same region. I would like to raise money for this worthy local cancer support group which provides a wide-range of vital services to cancer sufferers living in the Bradford and surrounding area.
