Each year I try to do a little something to support a meaningful cause, that makes a difference to peoples lives.

This year I have joined up with the Carten100. A charitable cycle ride covering 100 miles of road and trail, from Cardiff to Tenby, in 1 day. A rather tough, but very worthwhile & enjoyable event.

This year we are raising funds for JDRF. The worlds leading charity, funding research to find a cure for Type1 Diabetes, which effects millions of people in the UK alone.
