Chris Quinn, John Cocker and Graham Sykes are taking part in the Helly Hanson Adventure Challenge on 21st September at Cannock Chase.  The event includes a fifteen mile hilly mountain biking section, six to seven miles of off road running and one mile of kayak canoeing.  They expect to complete the event in under three hours.

The guys are using this challenge to raise money for the British Lung Foundation.  Your donation, no matter how small will make a difference.
