Well I did it!!! and the cappuccinos, beer, chips, biscuits have all been reintroduced into my diet with immediate effect and the muesli has been put on the shelf for the next 6 months at least.

What an experience! an incredible 52,000 people running on one road at the same time! out of which I came a creditable 11,800th with a time of 1hr 58 mins which I was delighted with.

I can only say that the last 8 weeks of disciplined training and eating have been a life changing experience, one which I would gladly do again for such a good cause. Thank you to all of those who helped me get there and sorry I was so annoying throughout the programme! you all know who you are!

Thank you to everyone who gave a donation and an accompanying comment or two. I am a very humble and proud man!! but still a Mad Yorkshire one!.

We raised a total of £982.00! out of my target of £1000 which is brilliant, so thanks again and see you you all soon I hope!
