About our charity : The Royal Hospital For Children Bristol Appeal Limited The Royal Hospital For Children Bristol Appeal Limited
The Grand Appeal raises funds to enrich and improve the quality of life for children at the Royal Hospital for Children in Bristol. Over 70,000 patients every year are treated at the hospital where they receive the best medical care and treatment possible, but NHS funding alone cannot meet the complex and demanding needs of children and their families which is why the Appeal needs your help. Please do all you can to raise funds to support the Grand Appeal and give a better, brighter future to patients at the Hospital.

How your support can make a difference:

 

 £250 helps to buy a patient recovery chair for children to rest in after an operation which is adjustable for children of all ages

 

 £500 will purchase an Apnoea Alarm to support babies and children with breathing difficulties

 

 £1,500 will buy a Syringe Pump used to deliver chemotherapy to patients suffering from cancer

 

 £2,500 will help buy a new temporary heart pacemaker used to treat babies and children immediately following open heart surgery

 

 £7,640 will buy a Heart Monitor for the Intensive Care Unit to monitor the vital signs of a critically ill child

 

 £22,000 will buy a baby life support machine for the Intensive Care Unit to provide ventilation for critically ill babies

 

We are currently raising £22,000 to buy a baby life support machine for St. Michaels Hospital. This is where we spent our happiest times with William, and we'd like to make a lasting and significant contribution.
