Story

This year didnt start off very well for me on the cycling front what with bad form, annoying prolonged illness' that were determined to show up just before training or a event and ruin it or some sort of setback but now ive finally got back into my regime.

Over the last 2 months ive been training longer, harder and more intense with the determination to be back to Oxford for the British Heart foundations Oxford to Cambridge 2009 cycle which undertakes 90 miles through beautiful countryside, varied weather and a whole bunch of suprises along the way.

I hope to improve on last years standings and set a improved personal best too but the main thing here is the cause that im doing it for, this charity is a very special one and greatly needs our support if its to continue the work that it does and thats why im asking everyone to please donate if they can,as everything you give really does make a difference.

Thanks for your time, support and kind donations.

Full details of the event both before and after including pictures will be uploading to Mark Williams cycling at http://www.preyom.com
