Carers UK is a life line for those who use the service, providing Carers with advice on how to manage financially and emotionally, campaigning tirelessly to ensure Carers' rights are recognised by parliament and providing a network through which Carers can support one another and talk about their experiences. 

Carers UK enables the general public to recognise the invaluable work Carers do and the sacrifices they make to care for their loved ones. 

On 19th March, we are joining 76 Coniston Challengers, to take on the challenge of either canoeing Coniston Water, running 14 miles around its shores, hiking The Old Man of Coniston or mountain biking the surrounding hills. 

To take part we have pledged to raise as much as we can for Carers UK through sponsorship, cake sales, raffles and more!
