In March 2010 I will be flying to Nepal to climb up to Everest Base Camp. The camp is about the same height as Kilimanjaro so I can again look forward to altitude sickness, blisters and freezing cold! So why do it?

I want to raise money for the Earl Mountbatten Hospice. The hospice provides amazing care for people who have been given a life limiting diagnosis.

As with all charities at the present time, they too are feeling the credit crunch and really need your support to keep going. The money that is raised will go towards buying much needed medical equipment.
