We‘re the world‘s leading cancer charity dedicated to saving and improving lives through research. We fund research into the prevention, detection and treatment of more than 200 types of cancer through the work of over 4,000 scientists, doctors and nurses.

Story

A team from Bristol which includes Aegon national tennis coach of the year Lewis Fishlock, Mr A. Murray and Mr I. Mattthews are raising money for Cancer Research UK.

They are cycling from Bristol to Wimbledon SW19 on Saturday 6th July 2013. The theme will include elements of fancy dress as famous tennis stars such as John McEnroe.

The challenge is to complete the 127 miles using only pedal power and taking no more than 12 hours. Did you know it is also the 127th Wimbledon Championships!!
