After the excesses of the 'festive' season, what better way to blow away the cobwebs and burn off those Christmas calories than with a pleasant walk in the countryside?

Well for many people that may be reason enough to walk 10 miles, but we've got an even better one - raising funds for the Smile4Rich Appeal. And knowing that every penny we raise will be helping to equip the Wessex Neuro Centre with the tools they need to transform the lives of children with severe Epilepsy will make every step a little easier.

Our walk will start from Salisbury Leisure Centre and follow a route via Old Sarum and the Woodford Valley to Upper Woodford. From here we shall cross the River Avon and follow it's path back to Salisbury, finishing back at the Leisure Centre.
