Story
As you are probably aware hundreds of children die from the bitter winter cold every year in Bihar. Children do not have shoes or warm clothing to protect themselves from the cold dark winter nights, and they literally freeze to death .
This year with the Gaya rescue project working successfully (the only programme working with homeless and street children in the area) the need is even greater for the trust to be able to provide blankets and warm clothing for these vulnerable children.
In the villages the health Team will help in the careful distribution of blankets and clothing .
