My personal message:

***January Update, brought a bike to get the old ticker going and lungs opening up, doing 10 miles every morning at 6am, been out in the dry, snow and freezing cold, even the water bottle frooze solid this morning!!!!***

Hello from Fat Camp UK, after eating as much as I can for the last 38 years, missing every invite to golf, snooker or any other physical exercise I have decided now is the time for you to put your money where your mouth is, encourage me to get fit (with the aid of a gastric band and hernia op) and help me raise plenty of money for other people.

Please have a look at the Philip Green Memorial Trust and see what they raise money for, what projects they have completed and how they help people that do not have all the things we do.

I either know you or a friend knows you or you have googled 'fat man and marathon' which is why you are looking at this page, it will not be an easy thing to do, it's a lot more than will power too.

Please support me by donating some money to my chosen charity this year, if you don't think I will complete it just think you have given money to a good cause, you will have laughed at me running round the field, sweating in the gym and possibly even saying no to food in the canteen, go on give a little it will make a difference.

As a keen tax payer myself donating through Justgiving Mr Brown tops your donation up by  25% in Gift Aid if you’re a UK taxpayer ,plus a 3% supplement.  It is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Philip Green Memorial Trust gets your money faster .

thank you so much
