I promised you the evidence and here it is. The jump from 12,000 ft with 7,000 ft freefall was as mind-blowing as it was body-blowing (breezy at 120mph!). The views from the Isle of Wight to the two Severn Bridges, were absolutely  spectacular and more than worth all those early morning get-fit bike rides, jumping down the stairs and all the other stuff!
