Hi there,

Just updating you all. On the 1st of May, we did it!!! All a little sore by the end. Ed was our team winner in 1hr45, Jenna 1hr53 and everyone else did so well - all finishing in within 2hr19.

Wobulenzi Town Academy opened on Feb 7th 2011. This was completely amazing in itself. The staff and students have completed their first term, and are settling in well.

We want to supply all of the school materials, from text books, to board rubbers, to sports equipment and to raise money for the construction of an exam hall, which will allow our students to sit O' and A' Level examinations.

There is room for expansion, and following the opening of the school the plan is to turn to local community health and have a clinic on site.However, we still have classrooms to furnish, walls to paint, electrics to install and water catchment to be arranged, the existing borehole needs deepening... There is still a lot to do!
