The England Legends joined forces with Wooden Spoon 18 months ago. Since then the team has played in several celebratory games filled with past England stars. Similar to the other Spoon rugby teams, the players fund their own costs to play in the events to help raise the profile of the charity as well as raising funds for disadvantaged children. By attending these high profile tournaments the team is generating extensive direct corporate and individual support for the children Spoon helps.  Over the next six months the players will be participating in many fundraising activities including skydives, fun runs and sponsored silences to help reach their fundraising target.
